So this is the eve of my trip to San Diego for the La Jolla Fashion Film Festival. I’m still battling my cold but I have to say for the first time I feel allot better.  I will make sure to blog about all the goings on so you won’t have to miss anything. But before I get there I just wanted to share with you the excitement of my new marketing materials.  I figure this will be a very big networking event so I wanted to come up with something that was simple but memorable.

I wanted to get my logo embossed onto a compact but I didn’t have the time. However I found these cute little handbag shaped compact and I knew they were better than a normal round plastic white compact.

The initial idea was to place the business card inside but as you can see the card was just a tad bit too long. So this is what I came up with….

Luckily for me each mirror came in an individual plastic box which allowed me to slip to card through the back. It doesn’t make as much of a splash as my initial idea but I think it’s enough.
